We engaged Paul for his extensive knowledge of Vans and the Van Market, and in particular electric Vans. We wanted to give our customer facing team a greater knowledge of this sector and to prepare them for the transition to electric vans. We gave Paul a brief to prepare 3 levels of training, introduction, intermediary and specialist. Paul delivered those courses over 2 days on site. He kept the teams engaged and delivered with his usual passion and enthusiasm for the subject.
