We engaged Paul for his extensive knowledge of Vans and the Van Market, and in particular electric Vans. We wanted to give our customer facing team a greater knowledge of this sector and to prepare them for the transition to electric vans. We gave Paul a brief to prepare 3 levels of training, introduction, intermediary and specialist. Paul delivered those courses over 2 days on site. He kept the teams engaged and delivered with his usual passion and enthusiasm for the subject. Providing insight and information appropriate to those in the room and helping with intelligent questioning techniques to help our teams give our customers what they need. Everyone was able to learn something that will be useful in taking their customer conversations forward on Vans and electrification!

I became aware of Paul shortly after I began the turnaround of the UK and Ireland business for Geotab in 2020.  As I was getting to know the sector his name was one that cropped in conversation fairly regularly as someone who was knowledgeable about fleet and passionate about vans and sustainability…all core to Geotab!

We got to know each other better through our sponsorship of the EV Cafe and when Paul let me know he was going out on his own I knew I had to sign him up!  He joined as a consultant in August of 2021 and has been a significant value add to the business ever since.

Rather like a swiss army knife Paul has a wide variety of tools in his arsenal that we have been able to deploy to great effect in the rapid growth of the Geotab business across the UK and Ireland.  He has supported the evolution of our sustainability solutions, enhanced our business development activities, championed the brand and elevated the knowledge of our teams.  He has also brought great wit to our team.  In addition, I have found Paul personally to be a great sparring partner to bounce strategic, tactical and team ideas off.
