Paul was a great addition to our eDaily launch event bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience of the sector to support our dealer training and customer experience. His passion and insight was invaluable to our event. We look forward to collaborating again in the future.

We engaged Paul for his extensive knowledge of Vans and the Van Market, and in particular electric Vans. We wanted to give our customer facing team a greater knowledge of this sector and to prepare them for the transition to electric vans. We gave Paul a brief to prepare 3 levels of training, introduction, intermediary and specialist. Paul delivered those courses over 2 days on site. He kept the teams engaged and delivered with his usual passion and enthusiasm for the subject. Providing insight and information appropriate to those in the room and helping with intelligent questioning techniques to help our teams give our customers what they need. Everyone was able to learn something that will be useful in taking their customer conversations forward on Vans and electrification!
